CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be in writing postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date and or agreement date.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
To cancel a service, must send a written request of cancellation by email to info@bvelopd.com or mail your cancellation request to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your written cancellation request and confirming in compliance with cancellation policy, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your written cancellation request to process your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
For 3rd party authorized user tradeline accounts and 3rd party primary tradeline accounts purchased, there are no refunds or exchange after purchase.
